New Features
- New user privilege to determine if signatures are cleared or preserved when reopening session notes / activities for editing. By default, Managers and Supervisors can re-open activities without requiring new signatures on the notes. This can be changed in Settings -> Organization -> User Privileges

- [Fixed] Under very specific conditions tables in client reports could not be exported correctly to PDF.
