The Assessments Results tool helps you take static data from VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, FAST, or CFQL-2 and turn it into meaningful insight inside the Hi Rasmus platform.
What the Tool Does
1. Manual Score Entry for Standardized Assessments
Clinicians can input results for:
- VB-MAPP – Milestones, Transitions, Barriers
- Vineland-3 – ABC and Domain Standard Scores
- FAST – Behavior descriptions and reinforcement sources
- CFQL-2 – Raw scores across quality-of-life domains
2. Upload & Attach Files
Upload a completed assessment as a PDF, PNG, or JPG. Keep everything tied to the client’s profile and easily accessible by the team.
You can also upload documents like the VB-MAPP Grid and Vineland Report to supplement the graph Hi Rasmus generates.
3. Generate Graphs Automatically
Once scores are entered, Hi Rasmus automatically creates clean, simple graphs to visualize the data. These visuals help teams and caregivers better understand progress and needs.
4. Embed in Client Reports
Graphs and key assessment data can be pulled directly into learner reports using the platform’s report builder. There’s no need to copy/paste or reformat in Word or Google Docs.
5. Editable Anytime
Need to update a score or correct an entry? No problem. Clinicians can edit entries at any time, and graphs will update automatically.
