Effective staff training is essential in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. However, obstacles such as limited time, high staff turnover, inconsistent supervision, and logistical challenges can get in the way of providing high-quality training. This study reveals how a well-designed technology package focused on competency-based training can improve staff competency and positively influence client outcomes. The findings show significant improvements in the rate of skill acquisition for the group using the staff training technology.
