Seven Dimensions Behavioral Health selected Hi Rasmus and Lumary together because the platforms needed to integrate and scale with their organization. What they gained was a connected system that removed the operational overhead their team had been carrying — manual spreadsheets, fragmented onboarding, and reporting that couldn’t keep pace with clinical decision-making.
“The data’s at your fingertips. Rather than spending time creating Excel spreadsheets of performance metrics, it’s right there in a report.”
A Unified System from Intake to Billing
Lumary manages client intake and employee records. Hi Rasmus handles everything clinical. Schedules built or changed in Lumary flow directly into Hi Rasmus — clinical staff log in and see what they have for the day without opening a second system. When a session closes, documentation flows back into Lumary’s billing modules automatically, reducing claim denials and eliminating manual data transfer between platforms.
Onboarding Built Into the Workflow
Seven Dimensions has moved RBT onboarding entirely into Hi Rasmus. Training videos, assignment documents, slideshows, and competency assessment links are all housed in the platform. Training checklists populate into report templates, giving supervisors weekly visibility into where each new staff member stands against probation milestones — which at Seven Dimensions are performance-based, not time-based.
Reporting at the Level the Work Requires
The team has built over 170 custom reports inside Lumary — tracking billability, forecasted versus actual hours, cancellations, family guidance frequency, and fidelity metrics. Clinicians have real-time access to their own scorecards and quarterly bonus progress. When a new data need surfaces from clinical or operations leadership, it gets built — typically in a few hours of configuration.
“We don’t do a longevity probation. We do it based on passing performance check marks — including becoming an RBT and passing competencies.”
