The enterprise implementation brings together operational and clinical technology to support more than 7,300 clients and 3,100 employees.
Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, has successfully gone live with Lumary and Hi Rasmus, marking a major milestone in its technology transformation.
Following a phased implementation beginning in May 2026, the combined solution now supports Community Autism Services’ operations across nine states, more than 7,300 current clients and more than 3,100 active employees.
The successful go-live demonstrates Lumary and Hi Rasmus’ ability to deliver connected technology at the scale and complexity required by large, multi-state ABA providers.
Community Autism Services selected Lumary and Hi Rasmus to address limited visibility into key performance metrics, reporting challenges, and disconnected systems across its operations. CAS conducted a detailed time study of their existing clinical and revenue cycle process and has begun to enjoy significant time savings already.
Lumary provides the operational foundation for managing critical business processes, while Hi Rasmus supports clinical documentation and data collection. Together, the platforms create a more connected environment for clinical, administrative, and operational teams.
One of the most significant improvements delivered through the implementation was a custom client intake workflow. Community Autism Services previously managed intake separately from its CRM, requiring staff to manually enter new inquiries across systems.
Since the first phase went live in May, more than 4,000 inquiries have been captured through the new integrated intake process, helping reduce manual work and improve visibility from the earliest stage of the client journey.
The platforms have also supported more than 137,000 completed sessions, demonstrating their ability to operate reliably at enterprise scale.
“We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Community Autism Services’ successful go-live with Lumary and Hi Rasmus. This milestone reflects what is possible when leading technology, deep industry expertise and strong partnership come together. Supporting thousands of employees and clients across nine states, CAS is setting a new standard for how enterprise ABA organizations can operate, scale and grow.”
– Kyle Hanagarne, President, North America, Lumary
The implementation represents a shared commitment from Community Autism Services, Lumary and Hi Rasmus to building stronger, more connected systems that support clinicians, technicians and operational teams.
By bringing clinical and operational information together, Community Autism Services will have greater visibility across its organization and a stronger technology foundation to support continued growth, improve the employee experience and deliver high-quality services to clients and families.
“This go-live is an important milestone because it shows that scale and clinical quality don’t have to compete. When technology works the way it should, it gives clinicians more time to focus on the child in front of them while giving leaders the visibility they need to continuously improve care. We’re incredibly proud to partner with CAS and Lumary to build that kind of foundation for thousands of children, families and care team members.”
– Rachel Dowse, Chief Commercial Officer & Advocate for 1 Million Kids, Hi Rasmus
“Lumary’s been able to put real-time automation and custom design in our hands, which has already enabled us to more closely control and execute efficiencies within our processes, and Hi Rasmus is enabling us to better supervise clinicians and clients while allowing us an increased level of clinical outcomes reporting. We have real-time access to structured data and are able to easily connect loosely related data sets to quickly gain insights into KPIs. More personally for me, the transparency within the system gives me clear insight into the work my teams are doing and has cut down the time to produce financial reporting by more than half”
– Maryann Cain, Vice President, Revenue Cycle Operations, Community Autism Services
The successful go-live builds on the strong partnership between Lumary and Hi Rasmus, combining enterprise practice management technology with clinical data collection to help ABA providers create more connected, scalable, and effective operations.
