Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education, an accredited, nationally recognized provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, has successfully gone live with Hi Rasmus and Lumary.
Following a phased implementation that began with a pilot in August 2026, the combined solution now supports Cultivate’s operations across its centers in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin, serving more than 1,300 clients.
The successful go-live demonstrates Hi Rasmus and Lumary’s ability to deliver connected technology at the scale required by large, multi-state ABA providers moving from fragmented systems to a unified platform.
Cultivate selected Hi Rasmus and Lumary to bring consistency to clinical and operational workflows across dozens of centers and hundreds of BCBAs and RBTs, without losing the personalization each client’s treatment plan requires.
Hi Rasmus supports clinical documentation and data collection, while Lumary provides the operational foundation for managing scheduling, billing, and business processes. Together, the platforms give Cultivate’s clinical, administrative, and operational teams a single connected environment.
